We expected to have a decent lunch, which we had, but with some serious flaws regarding the temperature of the dishes. The amuse bouche was tasty, so no issues there. The starters were both way too cold (like served directly out of the fridge similar to a dessert). These dishes do not need to be served warm, but this cold is unpleasant. The shells of the shrimps (not only the tail) in the fish dish needed to be taken off by ourselves, which is not something you would expect at this price level. The main course was tasty, but not all ingredients were warm (luke warm at best). In addition, parts of the meat dish were burnt (gnocchi and meat crust). Concluding, at this price level, the restaurant is not delivering the proper experience.

We went as a family of 7, spanning three generations, on the basis that it was rated the number 1 restaurant on Trip Advisor. It was our first night (Saturday) of our 7 day holiday in Pezenas and went with a blend of high expectations and excitement; both of which were rapidly depressed by the reality of the experience. This was not a high quality dining experience with a poor menu choice, poor customer service, not a busy buzzy eating atmosphere and, above all, average quality food at best. No idea how it was rated number 1!

A small chic restaurant situated slightly away from the hullabaloo of Pézenas. Smartly turned out waiters, very attentive but not intrusive care for your every need. The menu was interesting but not overwhelming. Teriyaki beef, and pulpo salad to start with, followed by veal and dorada, all faultlessly cooked and well presented. The wines were excellent and ice cold). All in all a pleasant visit, which I would highly recommended.

Jean-Michel, the chef, is serious and cares deeply about the dishes he creates. A thoughtful and delicious Christmas menu...one of the few places open on Christmas day and well worth the price.
