nice reception, nice, practically furnished room in the first floor without lift. bar and restaurant next door. you need a reservation in a hotel or restaurant. then you get a code. a code per vehicle. at the entrance of the place is a barrier. you have to enter the code. you get a ticket, the barrier opens. when you drive out, you have to push the ticket back into the machines. because there are no infos about this access restriction along the way, a long queue is formed in front of the barrier, because the visitors do not understand that they need to turn right without reservation and code to the visitor parking space. from there there there are shuttles to the place and to the mont. they drive every 15 min depending on the day and daytime. or more often. for parking you have to pay in any case, also with hotel booking. at les galeries there is an ATM where you can pay. back to the hotel: in the reservation confirmation there is no notice of this barrier, there is also no code. that's amazing. there is a free wlan, but no handy reception! day and night is always a dull groll to hear. that seems to be coming from the swells on the road when a heavy vehicle drives over it. the bottom is not sufficiently compressed or hollow. the room was spacious, beautiful, new, tasteful and practical and very clean. the staff was very friendly and helpful. in the room is a 10% voucher for les galleries. you get the discount but also when you say at the cash register that you live in the mercure and have forgotten the voucher. ; we ask ourselves if it is right that a public road is blocked. it is only missing that a wall is built and a city gate where you have to ask for permission. we felt locked up and therefore very uncomfortable. We'll never come back here.
