Best selection of beer in Quebec city! This place is definitely a must go for anyone who likes beer. Their small but special menu of food is also interesting, but really, it’s all about the beer. Their selection is really special and you can get beers in different sizes, so it’s perfect for trying out different ones. And the service is always friendly. This might be my favorite bar in all of Quebec!

Incredibly friendly service, excellent choice of local beers (29 when we visited), and the food is great. Outside of the walls, this is a great little spot for a quick snack and some beers to recover from a long day of walking the old city. Staff is great. We had a wonderful time.

Great choice of beers and they served a flight of four different beers. On our second visit we decided to have a serving of nachos with our beers. Didn't eat for the rest of the day. Big serving loaded with cheese and other delicious items. Well worth a visit. Réservez une table maintenant

Fantastic spot for a beer (didn’t have any food). Wide selection of beers and ciders and multiple options on size, so it’s easy to try multiple ones. And the waiter/bar-tender was super helpful. Highly recommend for a beer!

I recently visited this micro-brasserie, and it's a hidden gem with a cozy atmosphere and great decor. The service was friendly and attentive, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed 5à7.

Le Projet has a huge selection of craft beers that can be sampled as flights. The food and service were excellent.Vegetarian options: The Cesar brussel sprouts salad is very good.

It was one of the best burgers I've had in a long time. The food was awesome, beer was good, and the staff were really nice. Highly recommend! Réservez une table maintenant

Great food and beer. The Smash burger was amazing and the Red ale was delicious. The staff was very pleasant and provided excellent service.
