This spot is a cozy spot for dinner! It's very clean and the servers are very kind and welcoming. I didn't get the name of my server but he was very funny and was very helpful in deciding dishes. I got the Beef Bourguignonne, Lobster Bisque, French Onion Soup, Seafood Risotto, Crème Brûlée and the Bread Pudding. I can't quite remember which cocktail I ordered but it was light and refreshing. It was my first time having Beef Bourguignonne and I enjoyed it very much. The meat was tender and pulled apart so easily and the green beans were nice and crunchy. Had a really enjoyable experience here during restaurant week. We got the escargot, meatballs, and crab cake for appetizers. The garlic butter with the escargot was perfect to dip bread into. The meatballs were probably my least favorite tasted kind of like meatloaf, but the polenta was nice and everyone else enjoyed the meatball. The crab cake wasn't overly breaded which is really nice. The steak was soooo good. Had that nice char on it, was cooked well, and I had leftovers! I would definitely come back again and recommend to someone else for an enjoyable French restaurant and experience.
A fancy French restaurant in a cozy setting complete with white linens. I didn't expect fine dining of this caliber in a small town such as Mamaroneck. It is walkable through town or about 5 minutes from the train station. Very classic dishes and done to perfection. But on the contrary, their onion soup is somewhat different and it has a lemon scent/taste which completely masks any onion flavor to my liking. I will not order again or recommend. Service is very good and it was pretty busy for lunch. We will repeat when in the area. Enjoy.
This restaurant is unwelcoming and unprofessional. No greeting!! You don 't point to a table and say that is your table. We sat finally someone came over to take our drink order. He was not our waiter, but he stepped up. We ordered everything for fear we would have to wait. The food was flavorful beef bourguignon not a huge portion. Desserts excellent. Apple tart and crème brûlée. Very dark!! We asked for more candles the server said, no! Just no. The staff needs training and they need some warmth!

What a different dining experience on a street filled with amazing eating experiences. The exterior and interior will transport you to a more serene place. Great for brunch or just a good meal. Good food. Great coffee and desserts. The steak, the liver, the pomme frites weee great. Bread pudding dessert was light and fresh. Service is friendly and fast. The ambience is best described as elegant casual. Come. Sit. Relax. Enjoy.
One of our favorite French restaurants. My daughter request to go here for the Foie Gras and chicken breast with goat cheese. I always get the steak frites. Everything is always well prepared and the servers are super friendly and always make us feel welcome. Can be loud and hard to hear so not for important business meetings.
I found Le Provencal Bistro adequate. What excited me the most was the interior design of the restaurant. Service was on the slower side but our waiter did apologize for the delay. Our dishes were good, nothing extraordinary or memorable.
Delicious brunch with excellent service and comfortable ambiance. The bloody mary's were also outstanding. Spicey and fresh olives. Not a cheap brunch but the presentation and taste were worth the price of admission.

Very good French Bistro. Excellent service and the Mussels, the fish, the duck , and the steak was excellent. A standout: the liver. Reservations are a must for weekends. Maybe skip the escargot, though.
