Somewhere between good and very good. Initially thought they were being funny when I walked in and the guy asked me to sit at a certain table instead of sitting where I wanted, there was only 1 table being used by customers! But it did get busy pretty soon after so that was fine. Food was OK although not particularly hot, even though I ordered Madras. Naan bread was nice but they're only small so you'll need one each. Paneer tikka was nice as a starter and another nice touch was the papad and lime pickle to accompany it. Nice location right down by the seafront. Easy and free parking if you're wondering. Will definitely go back when I'm staying in Calais
La nourriture était correcte, mais le service laissait à désirer. Karim était censé nous faire passer à l'intérieur, mais il ne l'a pas fait, donc nous avons dû manger dehors alors qu'il faisait déjà froid. Ils ont complètement oublié le repas de ma fille, nous avons donc dû leur rappeler. En attendant pour commander le dessert, le serveur était littéralement debout à notre table en parlant à son ami par-dessus nous ! Nous savons que c'était son ami parce qu'il nous l'a dit. À part la première personne qui nous a accueillis, qui je suppose était le propriétaire, il n'y avait aucun respect pour nous en tant que clients.
Lovely location with ample parking. The owner himself will ask you if you are happy with the food. The interiors give you a feel of India. Tastefully done. Food is delicious and portions are good. We ordered 2 dishes with naan and rice and it was difficult to finish. Price is reasonable too. They have a good selection of wines to match the flavour of the dishes. If you seat outside you can watch the channel ferry pass by.
Very nice restaurant, a short walk away from the beach. Balanced menu, you have to ask for spicy if you want the real Indian kick. Very caring and friendly staff. They really make you feel welcome.

Absolutely delicious food with excellent service. The boss was very helpful and made sure we had everything we ordered, plus extras. Great to have a halal dining shop in Calais
Les légumes mélangés étaient corrects, le grill n'était pas bon et le karahi d'agneau non plus, je ne suis pas impressionné.
Good indian however not the most authentic food, service quick and friendly although it was very busy. Recommendable.
