I was really happy when this butcher shop opened its doors. when I tried it, my joy disappeared. often the meat is old, the last time I threw away the horse meat I had bought. it smelled but I cooked because it was the best pieces we couldn't eat it. we threw everything away. same thing with ham with herbs. This person is very ungenerous.
