"the holy eloi" has been taken over and now became "the boïate" for several months. What a nice surprise to discover this excellent table! The dishes are original and delicious. The plates are original, excellent and very well served. Managers and staff are attentive, discreet and smiling. to highlight the organization of very friendly theme evenings to discover regional specialties. Inhabitant arés we return regularly to this restaurant to recommend where the room has been completely rebuilt. just a shame he's a little bit excited because he deserves the detour.

Since the time that everyone tells me about it as an unmissable address of the Arcachon Basin, I was finally able to taste their cuisine and it was up to the recommendations. refined flavors, we resume with the desire to return. the staff is very friendly, and the rates are very correct compared to quality. The chief is at the height of his fame. His kitchen is a treat. the setting is pleasant and peaceful. I strongly recommend.

Le nouveau propriétaire de la "boïate" accueille toujours chaleureusement, c'est la deuxième fois que nous allons dans ce restaurant. Les produits sont excellents et appétissants pour commencer, avec un menu appréciable en été. Pensez à réserver. Eric.

Nous avons dîné là-bas deux fois et nous avons apprécié. L'endroit est raffiné, l'atmosphère chaleureuse, il y a des gourmets de passage et les clients de l'hôtel. La cuisine est gastronomique et équilibrée, le service parfait et souriant. Réservez une table maintenant
