Le Saint Maurice

Visited this bistro for dinner fresh off the plane from Carcassonne airport. Ate outside in the gorgeous medieval setting of the town square, with the outdoor seating area tucked beneath an overhang of centuries old beams. Atmosphere was very friendly, and the waitresses were cheerful and accommodating I am not fluent in French, but they were very helpful and knew enough English to get through our order. Service took a little while, but it was understandable as they were busy. The pizza I had was delicious, if a little large, though they were happy to provide a box to take it home in the roast duck is also apparently very good. All in all, a lovely first dining experience in Mirepoix!

très bon restaurant un accueil chaleureux Je recommande fortement si vous êtes dans l'endroit en dehors de la graisse qui devrait être servi avec le pain dur ou doux à choisir selon la personne

Found place by accident. Had a lovely Pancake with Grand Marnier although think they were sparing with the GM! Was great to sit and watch the world go by in this ancient square. Nice wine.

Great, went 3 times here and never disappointed. Rissoto was good , salade de chefre chaud, the burger also. Nice and friendly staf. Tankx for the lovely evenings

un accueil chaleureux, une équipe disponible et à l'écoute. Les plats étaient copieux et savoureux. agréable terrasse située au coeur des zones couvertes.
