We sat outside on the terrace, and took in the fantastic views whilst enjoying a leisurely drink. The service was good and efficient. As usual for the area, it’s not exactly cheap compared to the UK but worth it for a lovely drink with a view. You might pay a fraction less for the same drink elsewhere, but it wouldn’t be in such lovely surroundings. It’s situated in a wonderful spot in such a lovely village. St Jeannet itself is well worth a wander round the cool mediaeval streets. You can park in the square just below the bar, which is a steep but short walk from the car park.
Vue magnifique. Beaucoup d'espace également. Service rapide et sympathique. Une bonne salade et un hamburger savoureux étaient les commentaires de mes collègues. J'ai été déçu par le plat du jour, daube provençale. La viande n'était pas du tout tendre et n'était pas cuite lentement. Manquait de goût. C'était seulement 11,50€. Mais j'aurais préféré payer plus cher pour un vrai daube.
We loved everything. The food is all homemade (except fries which are Mc Cain), no pre purchased frozen food. The view is amazing. Service is nice, waitresses are friendly and funny. They are full of advises regarding surrounding activities. Will definitely return if I pass by.
