French translation will follow.Went to this well reviewed restaurant with my wife and mother in law, we had a pleasant experience and were very well received. We went there at about 6:30PM on a Thursday.Service:Service was very polite, prompt and classy. Waiters are well dressed, and they keep coming back for water refills. After our order, it didn't even take 5 minutes for the soup to arrive. Every waiter pitches in, so if one saw our plates were empty, she would take them away, another one served the meals. Le Soleo is the place to make your favorite in Saint-Jerome. Great ambiance, top-notch service, with a staff that is both amiable and knowledgeable. The menu is well balanced with house favorites and new dishes added regularly. The wine list is always interesting: don't hesitate to ask for recommendations. Great place for entertaining guests or clients. Reservations are a must on weekends, and strongly recommended at lunch.

We are biking the Petit train du Nord and based on the reviews decided to eat at le Soleo. The reviewers were absolutely bang on. Started with thin pizza appetizer that was excellent. The main's: risoto, steak, crevettes, Penne and pizza were very, very good. Johnathon provided terrific service to top off an excellent evening.

I love this place. The food is great, the staff is friendly and the ambiance is perfect. Went there for a romantic night, family birthday Diner and a staff party diner and we spend wonderful evenings at each time. Definitely my favorite restaurant in the area by far. Réservez une table maintenant

It was last summer when we had supper here and I still remember how good the food was! A pleasant surprise from a humble place of St-Jérôme---very good service and good food.
