well built menu for good Friday. the appetizers were beautiful and tasty, small suppe really offers pop-up, small fish and sesame, seaweed salad was presented imaginatiw in a small Asian basket. the first cure of fresh thunfish and feta was both excellent arranged and delicious. Main course... from grilled salmon was delicious on a basis of cruntermaic potatoes. the dessert consisted of an egg with ginger snap bits along with a stunning tartlet of rhabarb, covered by fresh strawberry and braided meringue dots. wein pairings were carefully selected and well explained by the hostess. the rooms of the restaurant were fresh, but very stylish. I appreciated the polite service.
