Le Strasbourg - Réserver une table

We had dinner in this restaurant as we were staying in the hotel. The setting is very pleasant and there are many nice choices on the menu. We didn't go for a set menu but à la carte. We got 3 different amuse bouche one after the other which was nice on one hand but just over the top on the other. Our starters were ok but way too small considering the price (23euros). In between the starter and main there was yet another weird sort of amuse bouche. Our mains were delicious and worth their money (33 euro for an amazingly tender steak). By the time we had finished our main 2 and a half hours had passed and we just had had enough. This place is good for special occasions when you don't mind being there for 3 hours but not if you just fancy a bit nicer evening out. They just try too hard by waitresses having explain every bit of food you get served and adding too many unnecessary bits. I can't just rate it average because it is indeed very good but we didn't completely enjoy our experience.

If you have time you should go to Bitche Vosges and Le Strasbourg. The food is excellent like the service. A fantastic menu five dishes for only 55 EUR. And also 3 services of Amuse Bouche and some extra dishes in between - SUPERBE !The hotel was also excellent for the price 60 EUR.Go outside Paris and you will find restaurant w only one star Michelin but worth 2-3 stars if you compare to 3-stars in Paris.

Excellent kitchen, top quality food, and the staff was friendly. The prices are in the higher segment but so is the quality of the food and the accomodation.

Very nice dinner. We had the 'market menu' which was great value. Rooms at the hotel are clean, comfortable and quiet. Very friendly staff.

Really great place, excellent food, nice staff. I've been there a few times and it's always a fantastic experience
