Отдельным миром удовольствия внутри отеля является Baumanière 1850, который поистине можно именовать «звездным». В удостоенном звезды Мишлен ресторане творит шеф-повар Жан-Андре Шариаль - владелец легендарного L'Oustaù de Baumanière в Бо-де-Прованс и бретонец Глен Вьей. Жиго из альпийского барашка, пот-а-фе, фуа-гра конфи, бретонский омар, а на десерт местное мускатное вино и крем-брюле - и еще счастливей я себя не чувствовала. Нам повезло: нас не только обслуживали очень улыбчивые и милые официанты, но попался и русский мальчик, который здесь был на практике. И хоть ему и не особо разрешалось говорить на русском, парой фраз мы все же обменялись.

Accueil chaleureux, cuisine italienne mais pas uniquement: on a passé un bon moment à table avec le Génépi à la fin et un geste apprécié du patron. Dommage que la note soit aussi généreuse. Mais bon, d'un autre côté, on est à Val d'Isère...

Le Strato gives you a very modem and comfortable dinning experience. The food was incredibly delicious. We were lucky caught up with the magician Benjamin in house to preform the magic one to one.

Lived up to its billing as one of the top establishments in 1850. Disappointed that their shuttle would not take us the 3 miles or so back to 1550 after what we spent!

J'ai mangé ici le jour de la Saint-Valentin Ce restaurant 1 étoile Michelin est délicieux, mais lourd sur le portefeuille, alors méfiez-vous.
