Nous avons vécu à Genève pendant plusieurs années et n'avons jamais trouvé un restaurant Indo Paki décent qui puisse rivaliser avec un bon restaurant londonien. Nous avons même inventé un mot lorsque nous y vivions... les plats orientaux étaient censés convenir au palais local. Mais ici... à Aix les Bains, à environ 80 km de là où nous vivons actuellement en France, nous sommes vraiment heureux d'avoir découvert un merveilleux restaurant Indo Paki qui offre non seulement une excellente cuisine, mais aussi des vues magnifiques sur le lac et les montagnes. J'ai choisi le Kofta Curry (Rindfleischbälle) que j'avais mangé il y a 40 ans à Glasgow et plus... mais que je trouvais rarement à Londres...

It's very unpleasant to receive the smoke of rude characters who spread their butt-to-table stories and their life-learning counter to who doesn't want to hear them. 2 people behind us arrived, took an aperitif and are distributed because of the two fools who served us as neighbours. excellent restaurant that would win to be totally non-smoking (or smoking area a little far from the tables) if not to be able to refuse people without knowing-live.
Following the many praises we heard, we decided to eat Indian, in love, in this restaurant. And what a disappointment! I still want to recognize the quality of the service, and the professionalism of the staff. Now let's go to the tasting, we were disappointed! Samoussas, pass your way, the dough is cardboard and the very limiting composition. The chef's lamb, bof, the rice doesn't talk about it! We took a dessert to drop the damocls sword! You will understand, my opinion is critical, if you want to eat a good Indian pass your way!
Le repas était copieux en termes de quantité et le personnel s'efforçait de s'assurer que nous avions la possibilité de choisir dans le menu en anglais. La nourriture était bonne, mais peut-être pas du standard d'un repas indien au Royaume-Uni. Les prix étaient...appropriés et le service ne pouvait être critiqué. Agréable de s'asseoir dehors et très bien fréquenté par les habitants locaux.

The meal was ample in terms of quantity and the staff were keen to ensure we had the ability to select from the English menu.The food tasted good but perhaps not of the standard of an Indian meal in the UK. The cost was reasonable and the service could not be faulted.Great to sit outside and clearly very well attended by the local people.

suitable meals but the quality of the products is disappointing compared to last year. the vegetable samoussas seem to be frozen and the brig brig leaf too cooked then, the chicken (of medium quality to taste) with curry: the sauce a priori not made home but eatable; and the smoulch cake without backslids.
we did not resist and, after the journey india of April, we returned to eat Indian cuisine during our holiday in France. We took a menu and some à la carte dishes. All excellent. Recommended.
