Le Tilleul - Réserver une table

T and I went to this small, homely restaurant in the village of Generargues. Our previous meal out on this holiday had been at a one star Michelin restaurant which was superb La Cabro D 'Or. But in its own quiet way Le Tilleul matched it. Super home cooking by Leni a very short menu so not much choice by everything tasted delicious. Local wine was well chilled and tasty and Leni was really friendly. Reminded me of my visits years ago to France and the travel writer Richard Binn 's recommendations for 'Simple Restaurants. Highly recommended. '

J'ai visité le restaurant le 28 juillet avec des amis, 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Excellent restaurant avec une bonne cuisine française locale. Très authentique, plein de bon goût, service aimable et charmant, et un bon rapport qualité-prix! Je le recommande vivement.

We ate at the „Le Tilleul“ after visiting „La Bambouseraie“. It has a cute terrace. The dishes served are simple but very tasty and cheap. The staff is friendly and nice, but totally disorganized (we skipped dessert because all took so long).

I have visited this restaurant twice now and each time been impressed with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the management. It is a delightful spot and I look forward to my next visit.

Great atmosphere nice terrasse tiny mini menu tourist prices. I just fell for the brandade. Soooo excellent. Rest was good to very good and bread is excellent. Would go again for brandade.
