Nous habitons près du château et avons dû goûter au restaurant chaque fois que nous visitions le beau parc. Nous avons finalement décidé d'y déjeuner par une belle journée d'été où l'ambiance était optimale. La meilleure partie... le déjeuner s'est arrêté là. Nous avons choisi le menu du dîner en semaine avec plat principal dessert à un prix spécifié dans le menu à 24,90 euros par personne (un verre de vin ou un café était inclus dans le prix). This looks the ideal restaurant, set in a classical building next to a beautiful park. But it only looks this way. First, when I booked the restaurant, I asked if they could accommodate vegetarians and got the slightly offended reply that obviously they would. When we arrive and requested this type of accommodation, all the waiter could do was to read to us the vegetarian items on the menu (none!) and those where items could be removed to become vegetarian (half-)dishes...Second, the regular dishes are just awfully plain: a half-melon with some slices of proscuito, a gaspacho soup with a full mozeralla ball floating in the middle, a tartar beefsteak with no decoration, and the winner of the...

Le Trevise est un restaurant gastronomique situé pratiquement à l'intérieur du Parc de Sceaux. La maison est très belle, tout comme le restaurant lui-même. Le menu est saisonnier et il est possible de choisir à la carte ou l'un des deux menus dégustation. Nous avons opté pour commencer avec les carpaccio de légumes (légumes croquants avec purée d'avocat et citron vert, sorbet d'asperges et fromage Etivaz) et le Haddock (haddock fumé de la Maison JC David sur des pommes de terre charlotte chaudes et caviar Avruga). Le Trevise is a gastronomic restaurant located practically inside the Park of Sceaux. The house is very beautiful, as well as the restaurant itself. The menu is seasonal and it is possible to choose by menu or one of two tasting menus. We opted to start with Les carpaccio de vegetables (crispy vegetables with avocado puree and lime, asparagus sorbet and Etivaz cheese) and Le Haddock (smoked haddock from Maison JC David in warm charlotte potatoes and Avruga caviar). Nous avons visité ce magnifique restaurant après une excursion d'une journée au parc de Sceaux. Bel endroit sur les terrains du château. Nous cherchions un déjeuner de type café, mais nous sommes arrivés à la cour. Pas de déjeuner rapide, mais c'était de notre faute. Manifestement... bien fréquenté par des hommes d'affaires locaux en attente d'un déjeuner tranquille. Pas très occupé, mais constant. Le service était attentionné, mais lent. La nourriture est présentée pour embellir. Décoration de table unique avec des poissons rouges dans des vases. 100€ pour deux. Seulement des entrées. La nourriture était délicieuse, mais manifestement chère. Nous reviendrions certainement pour une occasion...

Visited this lovely restaurant after a day trip to park in Sceaux. Pretty spot on the grounds of the chateau. We were looking for a cafe type lunch but came upon this in the courtyard. Not a quick lunch but that was our fault. Obviously well visited by local business people expecting a leaisurly lunch. Not busy but steady. Service was attentive but slow. Food beautify presented. Unique table decor with gold fishes in vases. 100€ for two. Entrees only. Food was delicious but obviously expensive. Would definitely visit again for a special occasion. BTW. The cafe is on the other side of the Chateau. C'est la vie.

Belle cuisine française à travers le château, ambiance, qualité des plats, présentation et service sont tous excellents. Le seul problème est qu'il n'y a pas beaucoup de possibilités sur la carte, sans parler des plats végétariens. Le prix est très raisonnable. Le personnel ne parle pas anglais. Réservez une table maintenant
