Le VIP - Réserver une table

Went for lunch with 2 friends after not being able to get in to the Tiki next door. Restaurant well situated on lovely beach, & mostly full. However, though we were told a table would be available in a couple of minutes, it was more like 25. Once seated, it seems the waiter forgot our order. It took an hour and 15 mins. to get our 3 cold meals, one of which was the wrong order. The food quality wasn't great, except for the sushi. Had to almost send up a flare to get attention to pay the bill.

Ate here twice, for dinner and at lunchtime. The view is beautiful, the staff is nice (they let us stay all day after lunch without harassing us to move/order more drinks or food), the food is good ( the salad in the pineapple and the sushis are excellent, didn't like the caesar salad as much..too much dressing). A little pricey maybe but hey, you're on the beach in beautiful Saint Cyprien, Corsica.

VIP is probably an acronym for Very Inappropriate Prices or something similar. The restaurant is far too expensive for what they offer. It's typically an establishment that pretends to be fancy and sophisticated, but is not able to fulfil that suggestion. The beach and the bay are beautiful, evidently, but that's for free. Conclusion: to be avoided when you find other options nearby.

This beach is very comfortable, beautiful views, clean blue sea a couple of paces from the beach bed (transaat). Service at the restaurant very good, helpful, friendly staff.rices better than other beaches. Water sports and boat hire available a short walk along the beach. Would recommend for couples and families alike.

What luxury - lying on a comfortable double bed on a beautiful beach. Access to bathroom, restaurant, cocktails - and the bed if free if you dine with them. No complaints - will be back!
