Le Water Bar Colette

in the cellar below the very trendy boutique lies the restaurant at the time ikea bar. but there are no Swedish meatballs there, but a pariser menu. the roast beef with sweet is very pleasant, for example cidre against the durst. the service is friendly and probably autodidactically designed as in such local manyö. the guests are mixed colorfully, many prefer to eat with baseball cap on the head and the half of the guests can not separate themselves from their smartphones even during eating and prefer these mostly tattooed lifestyle of the old esskultur. the other half of the guests are usually families with well-trained children. very well visited and totally trendy.

I enjoyed the idea of inviting mimi thorisson for a few days to cook nice, simple and gourmet dishes that deserve a 5 points for daring and taste ... bravo! But as we note the establishment we must say that the rest is special: dynamic atmosphere (in the rather noisy and constructive sense), slow service and for some arrogant and superficial what makes the place quite uncomfortable...A water bar, expensive in addition, is also proposed: unpublished and ... gourmet no?

The Water Bar was the coolest part of my trip to Colette this year. Try the Bai Antiwater- super purified water infused with antioxidants! Delicious and I don't know if it was my brain reading the label or if the water actually works, because it gave me a great boost of energy for the rest of the day! Had the Tomato Basil Pasta- which was beyond amazing- highly recommend for vegetarians!

Too bad that the restaurant is in the basement of the event we come more in winter than in the middle of summer. There's a world and a beautiful world. The card is appetizing and it's very good. We were expecting it.

Nice place to stop for Bite to eat while shopping. The food is good the atmosphere and service are nice
