The food was very good but the service not so much. We were served bread and then waited a long time for the waiter to return. When he did he wanted our food orders without having taken our drink orders. I had to remind him. After that the service was ok but he never refilled our water glasses or asked if we wanted more drinks. It was my birthday so they did a nice presentation with my dessert. Unfortunately though not the fault of the restaurant, there was a large rather rude party right next to us which didn’t ruin the evening but was annoying at times. We have eaten here before in the summer on the patio which was much more enjoyable.
Went there for dinner. Venue was very nice, decorated for Christmas. Service was excellent, very attentive and friendly. Was a little loud, but mostly from one large party, not the fault of the restaurant. Food was average, nothing special. Prices were in line with comparable restaurants in the area. I would try it again to see if other items on the menu are better, or perhaps for brunch.
We have been frequenting this restaurant for 35 years. The new owners have maintained the charm, excellent service, and quality of the menu items, while also adding their own personal touches and updating the restaurant. Great job, Curry Sisters - we will definitely be back soon!
