L'Ecluse - Réservation de table

Ein Besuch unter Freunden im l’Ecluse war wieder mal hervorragend. Super nette Bedingung die auch bei gut besetztem Restaurant freundlich und sympathisch und geduldig war. Das Essen schmeckte hervorragend. Wir waren eine mittlere Gruppe und bestellten fast alle etwas anderes. Deshalb ev. auch ein paar Minuten mehr Wartezeit. Die verging aber im Flug. Die servierten Gerichte waren toll, schön präsentiert und frisch zubereitet. Man merkt der Küche ihre Motivation an.Da kommen wir doch gerne wieder.

Unfortunately, there was a problem with the heating system for the restaurant on the night of our visit; otherwise, the dining room was a nice setting. I had the Veloute de Choux-fleur and Rable de Lapin Farci elegant and very nicely done but not...my favorite tastes. Wait staff was agreeable. The seasonal menus are carefully composed with limited choices but nice variation. In retrospect, I would have had the cordon blue with gruyere cheese.

Sehr attraktive Speisekarte. Wunderbare Umgebung im Park. Originelles Schleusenhaus. Einer der ganz einfallsreichen Köche. Es gelingt ihm auch vegetarische Speisen hochwertig und originell zu präsentieren. Vorspeise und Hauptgang liessen nur noch einen Espresso zu. Die Desserts werden wir bei nächster Gelegenheit testen. Charmanter sehr professioneller Service.

Très bon restaurant. Le lieu: magnifique terrasse et intérieur "ancien"; la cuisine: portions plutôt généreuse tout en étant excellentes. Ambiance: serveurs très sympatiques. Parfait pour une soirée entre amis ou en familles. Le cordon-bleu est énormes et super bon. Réservez une table maintenant

Suis allée un beau soir d'été, nous avons mangé sur la terrasse qui donne sur un beau jardin, endroit tranquille et personnel très sympathique. Coquelicot au thym sur risotto au mascarpone et gâteau au chocolat, tout était très bon. Je vous le conseille sans autre.

Bien sûr le contexte extérieur est superbe. Cependant, les plats ne sont pas exceptionnels et beaucoup trop cher! J'y suis allé deux fois, et après un plat de roast-beef avec 3x plus de salade que de viande et frites. Un peu déçue quand même...

Un accueil chaleureux dans un endroit joliment avancé et calme.Des produits frais et bien présentés.Le cordon bleu est à tomber.Vraiment tout était très bon nous avons passé un très bon moment.

in a building with history, a real local restaurant, family-run and traditional Swiss hospitality, but still open to innovation. we celebrated a birthday, had a happy evening and would return Réservez une table maintenant

Nous avons très bien mangé notre repas du soir avec un collègue de travail. Les plats sont bien présentés, le service est convivial mais l'addition est assez salée

Très bonne nourriture, belle quantité et présentation cependant un peu cher... Cadre très agréable et très bon service. Nous reviendrons...
