We were a little apprehensive when we turned up as the receptionist seemed a little offhand on the telephone when we made the reservation, but we were made welcome in the Brasserie.The food was good, but not superb, and the service was perfectly acceptable.Having said that, I have had Escargots 3 times in France and these were the best.

Very pleasant meal excellent choice and very attentive staff , whose English was better than my French I would highly recommend L'Ecu De France, chose the 38 euro menu but there are other less expensive options.

I slept there on a Sunday. Room average but ok. Restaurant closed on Sunday, and nothing correct open in town. I ended up without dinner. Never again!

Superb meal especially the hot foie gras Staff also top notch could teach the staff at Ch d' Augerville a thing or two!
