Des amis nous ont recommandé d'essayer ce restaurant ouvert il y a moins d'un an par un jeune couple de Faranda Jérôme. chaque aspect de notre déjeuner était excellent, de l'amuse-bouche du makrele à la délicieuse madeline miniature qui met l'eau à la bouche. et bref avec notre café/tee. ils proposent de nombreux choix de prix fixes de 19 € à 35 € ou à la carte. tout est fait par le cuisinier, même les petits détails comme les honigeis avec le dessert servi. pour le filet, nous avions les choux qui avaient été bouillis dans le soupen vide puis facilement poêlés. le vene était servi avec de la citrouille, parfumée au curcuma et au céleri-rave. Our then small children were invited upstairs to watch the television with theirs, service! Since then we divert our route just to go again. c'est incroyable ce qu'ils peuvent trouver dans les endroits les plus improbables. entre des hectares et des hectares de terres agricoles du sud normand et à environ sept kilomètres de l'aigle, vous trouverez le village chandai et le merveilleux restaurant de l'écuyer normand. manger est excellent et. le service est sympathique et efficace. comme ils s'y attendent, ecuyer normand sert la cuisine normande et propose de nombreux menus fixes pour différents voyages et servis à la carte. s'ils sont à l'opposé, ça vaut le détour.
