Order pizza at 809p and was told 20 minutes. Arrived 830abp, waited 5 minutes just for someone to come to the counter. Once the young lady finally greeted me she had the wrong name on the order (no big deal) and said let me check I think it's done. She then came back..needs a few more mintes. 5 minutes. I come back in about 840ish.. again told it's not ready but the young lady offered me a drink I was like just want my food. I come back in about 850p. The lady walks into back and now another woman comes out..maybe shift manager. She greets me ask if I am an online order I said no called it in at 810 been 45 minutes. Just kinda ignored my comment. Again we go over the wrong name..no big issue...
We ordered pizza and wings online on a Sunday recently and was really surprised at the disorganization and miscues with our order. My husband walked in to pickup the food, which wasn?t quite ready so he waited inside. Finally, when the food was ready he brought it out to the car and we inspected what we were given: 2 pizzas, garlic bread and a small container of boneless wings. To our surprise, we didn?t realize we were getting free food! We didn?t order garlic bread or boneless wings, so it was our lucky day. We go back in to correct our order, and we were asked for a receipt that did not accompany our order. So we explained that the order was made online could show proof of the missing ite...
It 's a shame this location just can 't get it together. The service was fine only because it 's was noon and no one was in there. One pizza over cooked the other , the crust was so thick it was soggy . The salad , which is the entire reason I agreed to order from there was definitely not made today. And the provolone, salami pepperoni stack that comes on the salad looks like it was 5 days old. The ledo dressing is apparently no longer their house dressing either . I got some disgusting vinaigrette. Will just continue to visit Crofton 's location for carry out . Isn 't this location owned by the same people as Crofton?
Placed an order at 4:58pm today. My pick up time was 5:34pm. I'm still waiting for my order, an 8' pizza and 6 wings. It's not busy in here so I don't know what's going on. I understand that mishaps occur but the fact that I was not offered a drink or something for the delay baffles me. I don't even know how much longer the wait is for my order. What happened to great customer service? Update**Finally received food. Wings are supposed to be refunded. Pizza crust is not the same. It's very doughy.

I used to frequent this restaurant, but I have officially decided not to return. During my last three visits, I've had to wait an extra 20 to 30 minutes for my order. Today, when I called, the manager assured me it would take 15 to 20 minutes. However, when I arrived, I was told it would take another 10 minutes. In the end, I waited almost 50 minutes. This place is very poorly managed.
Food was excellent. Service was great. Atmosphere was just so-so it's a pizza joint in a strip mall), but the bar was packed. We had the Stuffed Ravioli and Cheesy Garlic Bread appetizers, and then BBQ wings and a VERY meaty pizza bacon, pepperoni, and sausage). The wings were perfect, and the pizza was great! Yhis Ledo's is way better than the one closer to my house...
The new owners have done a great job updating the good ol TJ Elliot’s into a new Ledos spot. The pizza is always hot and fresh. I order here at least once a month when going to visit my sister. I do miss the old waffle fries tho lol.
Ledo's Pizza is a local favorite that truly speaks for itself—it's the best! The salad is delicious, and the restaurant is well-kept. The service was quick and courteous, thanks to Lauren. What more could I ask for?
