What a bummer! My family loves this place but we have six children in our family so the waitress this evening told us because we are eight the gratuity is included in the bill. We had an almost thirteen dollar tip included in our bill tonight. We told the waitress we just wanted to pay our bill and we will give our own gratuity. The waitress said she had to go ask for approval on this and then came back and said it was denied. I really don’t understand this, even if we would’ve had a waitress that didn’t serve well we still would’ve had to pay what they charged us on the bill. It’s hard enough on the wallet for us to dine out with our whole family. I’m not sure if what they did is even legal...
He also insisted that we couldn't purchase a 4-liter bottle of soda and had to buy it by the glass instead, which would require us to pay for refills. Feeling unwelcome, we decided to leave since they were clearly overwhelmed with only two people on staff. The manager was incredibly rude, although the wait staff seemed sympathetic.
This experience left my son and daughter embarrassed, and honestly, I think the manager owes them an apology. We won’t be returning to Ledo's again. Special thanks to the young man at Little Caesars for helping us with five pizzas and a 4-liter soda!
The way the owner treated my family during our visit (a party of 15 that had made a reservation two weeks in advance) was appalling. After a few interactions, he made us feel unwelcome and even commented, “don’t linger too long.” This isn't my first negative experience here; they have also overcharged my bank account in the past. When we went to address the issue, the waitress had us write down all our information and said, “the owner will call you later about it.” Someone needs to take charge of this place because this owner clearly does not know how to run a business.
When this store first opened we went there the food was awesome. Fast forward 6 months later the food was average at best. Went there again last night 11/14/22 and ordered salads and pizza . The salad came out first and was absolutely discussing with thelettuce brown and slimy. The waitress brought out the pizza after a few minutes and either the sausage or the hamburger on itwas spoiled. All I can say is it must be poor management at this location because the ledos at the lake never disappoints

Despite the owner's ignorance, I want to highlight the exceptional service from the rest of the staff. The waitresses were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They apologized repeatedly and treated us with kindness from the moment we entered until we left. It's unfortunate that they have to work for such an ungrateful owner. Ledo's used to be our family's favorite pizza place in town, but after this experience, we will never return.
Celebrated my birthday with a friend today at your National Hwy, LaVale, MD location. Only two employees working. Cook and server. Food/ good, service good. Amazing job done with only two people at a busy lunch hour! AND, appreciate the clean women's restroom!
Food, fresh and tasty. The bread for my steak sub was extra good.Service was courteous and prompt. Atmosphere.... the accustics of the building allows sound to travel to a level that is a bit loud for some patrons like myself.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu
Good food, but not excellent. The service however is excellent. The waitress was very attentive, and exact in our orders. A pleasure to work with.Kid-friendliness: We had 2 kids in our group. They were well taken care of.

Staying at a local hotel and decided on a pepperoni square pizza from this restaurant. They have a thicker crust which I didn't mind at all because it was pretty tasty and the sauce as well.
The owner is awful, absolutely zero costumer service!
