I recently visited this Ledo location and had an excellent experience. My online order was prepared quickly and was ready for me when I arrived. The staff was very friendly and attentive, ensuring that my order was carefully packaged. My family and I were delighted with the fresh, delicious, and generous portions of pizza, spaghetti, and subs that we enjoyed. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant for its great food and service. Well done!
I ordered to pick up my food at 12:15, but I don't think they made my food until 12:20. Every time I asked when it would be done, I was told two minutes. The food came only at 12:45. The Buffalo Calzone was smaller and annoying than the nearby Vista Gardens Ledo. The woman who worked the register seemed to take a few minutes break between each task and forget about a customer call she commissioned. That was my first and last time in this place.
This Place is usually pretty solid but my ledo stromboli was not cooked thoroughly this time. Cold in the center and cheese not melted. I've just recently started going here again so after more visits with no issues I'll update my review. I placed a call to the store to let them know about and correct the issue but I was already home and didn't feel like going back out again. Pretty disappointed I could only pick around the edges.
My most recent visit to this Ledo's location was exceptional. My online order was hot and ready when I arrived. The staff was genuinely friendly and attentive as they carefully packed my order. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our pizza, spaghetti, and sub. All of it was fresh, delicious, and plentiful. We'll keep coming back to this location with great food and service like that. Job well done!
