From the moment we entered, the atmosphere was uninviting. The waitress, Paige, seemed to view serving us as a burden. I brought a team here twice; the first experience was acceptable, but the second was increasingly disappointing. I have never encountered such rudeness and disrespect from a waitress in my life, especially towards me and the children who were with me. She even rudely asked me to move just because she needed to get by, despite there being an empty hallway behind our table. She is truly the worst waitress I have ever dealt with. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The food is good (not the best). but in relation to management they are terrible. I ask for a lunch order on line at 11:30 and I arrive at 12:15 to be told that my order is not ready. No problem, give me my money back because I can't wait any longer. And itturns out that the employee tells me with a hostile attitude that he can't refund my money until 4 in the afternoon because theydon't have a manager in the store. terrible service. After my order doesn't come out, they talk to me with attitude and theydon't give me my money back either.
The absolute worst experience at a Ledos. Beware don?t order online. Apparently online orders are fulfilled after everything else. I placed an order at 4:55 pm. At 5:49pm it STILL wasn?t ready! I ordered a small pizza and a salad?not a huge order by any means. I watched a gentlemen come in and place and order and it was ready in less than 15 minutes. No apologies whatsoever from the staff/management after asking for a refund. Will never return!

Ordered a personal pizza via phone for my daughter. I got her an 8 inch and when we arrived to pick it up, my wife decided she only wanted large fries ???????. It was very nice of the staff to bring the fries out to our car. As far as the food goes, I was only able to sneak one square, so my daughter loved the pizza. Fries were good, a little saltier than expected, but the container was emptied. I think everyone was pleased.

Was told Ledo's is the place to go for wings when in Baltimore; NOT! Ordered a pound of the Bonless Wings, I got back to my hotel and found that 2/3rd's were over cooked extra crispy mini bits, they were not jumbo and had no meat.
I went with a large group, and while half of us had finished eating, the other half, including my daughter and me, had not received our food at all. We ended up leaving after an hour without anyone serving our order.

My deluxe pizza was loaded with meat, including chicken and bacon. It was fantastic and absolutely delicious!
