Visited here on 7/10 and had the fire cracker tofu and excellent service. Visited again today 7/12, wanted the tofu because it was so good. The balding white man (I assume the manager) asked my bf if he was also having the tofu and when he said no suddenly they were “sold out” and I could eat vegetables instead. When I didn’t want the veggies he rolled his eyes at me. He obviously didn’t want to make tofu for one person and it was easier to say they were sold out. We just moved to the area and will likely not be back after this experience. The lady working was awesome, she should be the manager not him he sucks.
I have visited this location several times, and it has consistently been the worst one in the franchise that I've experienced. On one occasion, I arrived 20-30 minutes after they opened, and the food still wasn't ready. Another time, my order was burnt. Additionally, I've gone in more than half an hour before closing, only to find that most of the food was already gone, and the staff would claim they were about to close 30-45 minutes early. If you're craving this restaurant, I suggest finding a different location.
Had a great experience visiting this location last week. The person that was helping me was Missy and she offered to make anything that that wasn't readily available. Food turned out great and Missy was very polite and friendly. Thank you!
I was concerned to see that no one at this location was wearing gloves while handling food, and the person who served me even had a hangnail. I strongly encourage the staff to wear gloves to ensure better food safety.

Place was an absolute mess with containers left out and across the food, pick up order took a very long time and they still forgot food. The service was very slow. Never will return to this location.
When we picked up our online order, one meal was wrong. I called immediately when we got home, and within 10 minutes the correct meal arrived at our door. Delicious and great customer service!
Great service with great atmosphere to go with out firecracker Shrimp and orange chicken. Fresh and Hot! Very satisfied here with the choices of food.
The noodles were stale tasting, both entrees tasted burnt, fried rice tasted
