Just relaying an experience I had today I got through the line after ordering my food and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. The GM Kenny said not to worry about it today just come back again and tell my friends. Well, I will be going backsoon, and I will be telling my friends and family how they take care of their customers there and deliver excellent customerservice. My colleagues at the office will also be hearing about this! Thank you again Kenny for your understanding andoffering a lunch today where your kindness will indeed be remembered and generate future business this is what customerservice is all about!
This was the worst Leeann Chin experience I’ve ever had. Not only did the food have a strange, off-putting smell, but it was nothing like my previous visits. The noodles were overcooked and soggy, the vegetables had a weird, cold texture as if they’d been frozen and thawed. The broccoli was poor quality, and the carrots were supposed to be crispy but were stale instead. To make matters worse, I found a hair in my food — and not a human hair, but something that looked like it came straight out of a dust bunny. It made me sick. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
The most disgusting Leeann Chin I?ve ever tasted. Not only did the food smell ?off?, it?d far from my first experience with Leeann. the noodles were unflavored, the texture of the veggies were as if they were refrigerated and microwaved. Rubbery broccoli and crunch stale carrots, and to top it off, found hair in my food. And not from someone?s head, looks like it?s straight off the dustpan ? made me vomit, I wouldn?t recommend this garbage to anyone.
They give out baby/kids portions. One full scoop and a half of half of a scoop I order the chin dyna. And two kids meals Also The beverage mechanic was down. I had to buy some the lemonade, by the way I dine in so I feel I should not have pay for nolemonade, I should have got free water or my lemonade free. I had nothing to drink wit my food.

We encountered a problem with the Leeann Chin app, and even though it was not easy to resolve and may have been our mistake in the first place, the staff at this restaurant went out of their way to fix our order issue. A special shoutout to Andy for providing excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help us!
We were helped almost immediately. The staff were working hard to ensure we got in and out. It was right during dinner 6/7pm or so. Food was delish and fresh. I love the tofu option and usually it's dry and icky but this was perfect. I didn't haveleftovers this time.
Absolute trash. Very little beef in the beef and broccoli, it was soaked in soy sauce. The Asian noodles were similarly flavored and ultimately inedible. I wasted my time and money.
The general manager Kenny is awesome !! Always makes my experience a great one from the moment I walk into the store ! Some of the best customer service I?ve ever had !!

The noodles were good, but they served us rabbit and cat instead of chicken, along with hard carrots.
The service was not good, and the prices were high for the small portions they provided.
