Placed an online order from the Bellefontaine Rd store in Lima. Ticket number 70 on Saturday the 6th. Went to pick up, the employee even said she wanted to double check. Got home there was no chicken or gizzards in the bag. Went back to get the rest of the order. No apologies or anything. Back to the house and all sides were cold from the wait. I tried the east side store because the last time I had ordered was west side and my order was messed up. I have been in food service for 40 years, this is not acceptable service. Now I think I’ll wait for Kane’s to open before I eat chicken again.
This was my first visit to this restaurant, and I ordered two spicy jumbo dipper cups at the drive-thru. Unfortunately, we had a long wait for our food. Once we finally left the parking lot and started eating, I was met with a truly disappointing experience. The dippers were hard, dry, leathery, overcooked, and seemingly microwaved into oblivion. They certainly did not live up to the name "Spicy Jumbo Dippers" that Lees Famous Chicken on Bellefontaine St. in Lima, Ohio uses. It felt like a waste of both time and money, and honestly, I was not just disappointed; I was disgusted.
The food was good, but for the second time our 16 piece strips only had 12 pieces in it .The first time they had already closed and we did without.This time someone had to go back to pick up the rest of our order and eat after every one else had finished .
Simply ordered a large order of livers thru the drive thru.. This is 2nd time doing this... the large order is the size of a small order.. but all the livers was burned and completly dried out and hard... could taste a burn taste

Ordered drive thru. Got home and the order was not even close to correct. Forget about complaints. They don't take complaints. Will NOT be going there again!
Slow and the chicken was saturated in grease and caused the box to bust open as soon as I took it out of the bag…will be going to wapak from now on
I absolutely love this place in Sanford, FL! And I also enjoy it in Lima, OH. The livers and gizzards are delicious! Mmmmmm!
This is some of the best fried chicken I've had in a while. Make sure to get extra biscuits!
