Lee's Famous Recipe Fried Chicken

I'd probably have got 4 stars. Not for any reason, just personal preference. The way things have gone in the last few years, many of the fast food sites have gone down here. Lee didn't change except the obvious dining room for a while and something like that. Your service has not changed, they have not started to get our order wrong every time (as Arbys does since the pandemic), and they have not begun to treat customers like dirt as some places have. Lee was consistent, and I like that. They always get our order right, so if they'd be kidding us. I know that mistakes happen, but some places mistakes are now the norm.

Everybody loves the Lee's Chicken in New Castle. The staff seems always friendly and helpful. They have gluten-free “friendly” chicken, but this is for people who do not have a GF diet for people who are allergic or have celiac disease. So they're NOT FREE. But you have delicious sweet tea.

livers gizzards are hard to find these day THANK GOODNESS they are fried to perfection. The staff is great in that they understand some of us don't see the menu so clearly and give us time to order.

So far hands down this is the best Lee's chicken around central Indiana. Not only the food but the price is great (way cheaper than other locations)

Super polite, went in to eat as it was faster then the ride through. I got our food fast and it was fresh.
