The BBQ here is excellent. I enjoyed everything. We had the pig from Jr. the ribs, chicken, brisket, sausage and pulled pork. Everything was very good. The ribs are saucy, but not too dirty. Tender, but enough chewing. The brisket is 'cut with a fork' tender. The sausage seems to be homemade and tastes something like Italian sausage. The chicken is moist inside and crispy outside. I don't usually eat chicken skin, but I couldn't get enough of it. The pulled pig is moist, but could use a small säuse that is not a problem as you are supplied with 3 options. I'm new to the area and have trouble finding good food. I gave Legal Swine an attempt and was pleasantly surprised. I ordered Brisket, Mac and Cheese and Slav. Everything was great! The in-law is super fresh and not swallowed with Mayo like most other places. The bride was smokey and tender. The part was huge. I have a lot left. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant is nice and clean. I will definitely return!
