There are several reasons why I believe this is the best Pollo a la Brasa around, possibly even in all of America (I still need to investigate that further, but it wouldn’t surprise me if it came out on top). For starters, the restaurant employs a wood-fired oven, just like authentic Peruvian pollo a la brasa spots. This technique allows the smoky flavor to thoroughly infuse the chicken, enhancing its taste. The traditional spices used to season the chicken can be found not just on the skin but also deep in the meat. While the skin wasn’t as crunchy as I prefer, it was still packed with flavor. The food at this restaurant was excellent, and the server was attentive and efficient. However, I was shocked to find that the bill was 200% higher than it should have been. Every item was priced higher than listed on the menu or online. Additionally, there was a service fee added for two people, even though I dined alone. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this restaurant, no matter how good the food is. I have contacted the owner via email and will update if I receive a reply. If not, I will be filing a fraud report with my credit card company and the local chamber of commerce.
Belkis was incredibly professional and patient with us. I've visited this restaurant many times, and it's always been fantastic, especially today for Father's Day! Despite the crowd, she was attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. Her service was outstanding. I highly recommend everyone to visit and ask for her! The food was good, but it took a long time for our drinks and meals to arrive. The dishes were served at different times, which made it awkward as some people started eating while others were still waiting. Additionally, the waitress forgot to bring two meals. There was only one waitress servicing five tables. As for parking, be aware that you'll need cash.

Cristel was an exceptional server! She was incredibly welcoming and had a great knowledge of all the Peruvian dishes. I highly recommend her to anyone! Be sure to visit and ask for her to make the most of your experience here! I had an absolutely fantastic time! Food: 5/5
The restaurant did not honor reservations on Mother's Day, even though they were listed on OpenTable. There were ants crawling all over the table. The food took so long that we had to cancel our entrees. It ruined my Mother's Day. Avoid this place!
