L'Endroit - Réserver une table

The hotel and restaurant has been significnatly refurbished and updated. The decor is more nice to look at, with comfortable chairs and tables. Menu has been updated and shortened. Overall the menu we had was not bad, although quality has not improved significantly which is unfortunate. We had foie gras, which was ok. Followed by a fillet de boeuf (ok, not exceptional) and magret de canard (which was a bit an old duck). Dessert was creme brulee, which again was not exceptional. Wine was average (Hautes cote de Beaune).So overall an average experience.

have they tried a few dishes in the restaurant now, and the best I had is the salmon that are a decent size filet with a crispy top and perfectly moist, pink fish underneath. the muddles also seem very popular, and the few paintings I have. they were a considerable pot full of whistles, one that lasts to get through. my only difference was the amount of garlic oil that was used on the frogs legs that totally exaggerated the taste of the food. service is good, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming.

I have eaten here with a group of workmates at lunchtime. we were in a hurry and someone suggested that we all get a traditional dish based mainly on cheese. a small piece of ham on the bottom and maybe a piece of bread. it came with...Salad and French pommes. only a quantity of cheese for a setting. service was good and the amount hit a good restaurant. I'd go back, but pass on the cheese court. beautiful atmosphere, clean, etc.

I came across this by chance. Monday night and not much open and i nearly missed it as i didn't see any lights and wasn't sure if it was open (In fact it has a tinted window to keep the sun out). Inside the resto is modern and spacious, the staff were all very helpful and i enjoyed my food - and generous portions - and some decent wine. All at a reasonable price. So i was very content.
