Service was good, the waiter was very polite and the atmosphere was also beautiful outside. The quality of the meat was not the best, and the steak came almost raw where we had to wait to cook instead of the steak medium, as ordered and wait for the sauce to heat. I was disappointed by entrecôte Madrid in comparison with the same franchises in London and Paris. felt like the quality was completely different, and the steak should have been better quality and the sauce should have been more than what was provided.

Ha sido toda una experiencia muy agradable, el servicio muy amable y atento, el ambiente cómodo. Lo mejor de todo, los postres. Un final espléndido, lástima que en Valencia no tengamos este local. Volveremos, seguro!

No nos querían poner patatas y son a volonté . una vergüenza han traído un plato enano con 4 patatas por persona y al pedir más tardaban mucho y traían muy pocas. han perdido una cliente fija

Es la segunda vez que vamos, porque nos gustó mucho. Somos de Mallorca, y si en un futuro volvemos a Madrid, seguramente repetiremos.
