3 /5 Évaluation

We went to this restaurant for Sunday dinner. This restaurant specializes in mussels and chips and the locals were eating lots of them. Their children included! It was interesting to see them eat the mussels as they use a empty mussel as a fork.We both had the grilled salmon with green beans. I had French fries instead of the white rice. The French Fries were tasty and the salmon was cooked properly. However the rice was plain and white and the green beans were ok so I'm giving this restaurant an average rating. The service was good as per France standards. The restaurant was also busy as it is very popular with the locals.

Spending 3 nights in an Hotel closed to the "Leon de Bruxelles" located in Chambray les Tours, we went 2 times in this restaurant despite the fact that there were other restaurants in this area. If you have the chance to go there, try the "Seafood Mussels a la Plancha", it is delicious. The staff was nice.

Extensive choice of mussels presented in a large steam dish. The mussels were fresh and nicely done. Had a desert plate with a small crème brûlée and chocolate fondant with coffee which were delicious. The place is out of town but near a large hypermarché and outlets.

Good food, efficient waiters and the wine was nice. It was obviously a very popular venue as there were a lot of customers. The speciality of the house were Mussels in all shapes and sizes, sauces and they were very good.
