I work in the area and decided to try this place out. I called my order in at 1215pm and was told it would be ready at 1245pm. I arrived at 1245pm only to see that my order was not even started until I told them who I was. Keep in mind I am on my lunch break and ended waiting another 30 minutes for a total of an hour. The young girl bwhind the counter offered me a drink on the house after she noticed how annoyed I was. I kindly declined and was told by the guy working in the back that he apologizedfor the wait but it'sthe holiday season. I don't care how busy you are, you own a business in one of the busiest industrial areas in the United States. No reason to wait so long for a Meatball Parm...
Pizza is fine. Average really The garlic knots with the mozz fresh melted on top when your order is even tastier than the pizza sometimes. The Leonardo 's Salad is amazingly delicious. Most items on the menu are very good. The problem with this place is the time it takes to service a customer. On average they will have 1 counter girl who has to take your order, put it in the oven, box it, make your drink and charge you. You would think that once the line is 3 or more they would throw someone else at the counter to help. Minimum 20 mins to get something pre-made heated and out the door. If you order off the main menu....forget about it! 30 mins ! I would honestly come here more often if waiti...
The pizza is decent, nothing special. Their salads and sandwiches are very good. Their customer service is absolutely HORRIBLE. I ordered online and waited about an hour and a half before I called to confirm they received my order because I was estimated 45-60mins. I was greeted very rudely and rushed off the phone saying that my order was on the way already. I waited another 45mins before calling again and was pretty much yelled at for calling again. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. I waited over 2 hours for my one pie and salad.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! A few of us ladies in the office wanted salad so we ordered from here. We placed the order at 11:15 thinking by the time lunch rolled around we'd be all set to go. Boy were we wrong. 2.5 hours later our orders arrived. We had to call a few times and just kept getting told 15 minutes. Then one of my friends was told she never called. Very rude. This is what happens when people get a taste of success. They forget their customers made them successful. Sad, they just lost a lot of our company's business

The pizza dough has a distinct great flavor..maybe they add msg... I'm testing msg now a half-hour after doing a slice with pepperoni... certainly not the end of the world. It's always on my radar even when I NOT in the area! LOL!!! The gyros are really good...real yogurt sauce...
Leonardo's Pizzeria is definitely the top pizzeria in the area. Skip the chain pizza spot nearby and head here for delicious, authentic pizza. Don't miss out on their salads and gyros - they are a must try! And be sure to say hello to Lenny, the owner, when you visit!
I absolutely adore this restaurant. The pizza is consistently flawless and the employees are so welcoming. They have a knack for remembering regular customers' preferences and ensuring that the food is served promptly. It is definitely one of my top choices for pizza.
I go to Leonardos 2 for lunch 3 days a week. Their deep dish pizza is my favorite. It's tasty and reasonably priced. They offer a lunch special of 2 slices and a soda for $6, which is a great deal.

This is my favorite place in New York. The Philly is to die for. The pizza is always great. Everything is also extremely reasonably priced. Leonardo's is a must if you are passing through.
Never had a bad experience here. I am obsessed with their California Salad. I get it every time. Their pizzas are delicious as well. No complaints.
