The Loco moco needs some work. It was terrible. If you need a new recipe, Reach out. So, with the traditional Loco moco, it's supposed to be rice, a hamburger patty, and over easy egg, covered in BROWN gravy. I received boiled veggies, 2 patties, rice, egg, and I'm assuming katsu gravy lol it wasn't the best, maybe I'm just spoiled growing up in Hawai'i, it was great!
I’m generally not a huge fan of macaroni salad, but this was absolutely fan-freakin-tastic. As was everything else. First time here, and I’ll definitely go back. Next time, I’ll get an extra side of the macaroni salad, too!
Delicious food, much better than any of those Hawaiian BBQ chain restaurants. Friendly, helpful employees, very clean restaurant and has been in the neighborhood for many years. I usually eat here a couple times a month.

Try the Katsu chicken. Huge portions and terrific food. Love the seafood soup. Leo's is the king of Hawaiian food and has been for years on the Bell Rd. corridor. Reasonable prices and the best selection.
Big food proportions and delicious food. You can tell it is fresh made so it may take a little while to get your food. Overall, I have great experience and highly recommend it.
So good! Huge portions, juicy flavorful meat, creamy macaroni salad, delicious teriyaki sauce on fluffy rice. My family loved it. Will be back for sure.
My new FAVORITE spot for katsu! A really great no-frills option to hit up on your way home from Arrowhead or Silver Dragon. 10/10 would recommend. Réservez une table maintenant
Unidentifiable meat. Chicken was not even close to texture of chicken. Hamburger steak had to be ground liver. Vegetables were okay.
