Worst delivery service I 've ever experienced. The delivery guy failed to read the address or instructions on the order and delivered our office lunch order to a house in the wrong town. When I called to find out status of our order the store put the delivery guy on the phone who was rude and said he doesn 't even work there, only volunteer. Apparently, my mistake or I apologize for the error are not in this gentleman 's vocabulary. Worst part is they still processed payment on my card AFTER they knew the food wasn 't delivered. This place used to be good years ago when it was located in Ridgewood, now it seems the entire establishment has gone down hill. I strongly recommend taking your bus...

I think you have to be a regular to even be able to order properly here. I ordered one of the top two most popular sandwiches upon the recommendation of one of the employees. It was a breaded and fried chicken breast that they took from the fridge and warmed up in the microwave (clearly not for long enough because it was still cold in the middle) very very greasy and not nearly enough lettuce, tomato, etc in the sandwich. I threw most of mine out.

Fabulous Italian market deli. Delicious sandwiches and food. G is the nicest owner who is supportive of the local schools. I have catered from here many times for my business, my home functions, school events and the food is always a hit! My family even goes out of there way to use them since they enjoyed the food at our events! Many lunches, stop in visits, never had a bad item or experience here! -Shan

Love this Italian deli. I only get a chance to go when visiting family every couple months but I always go when I am in. Food is homemade and always fresh. Chicken cutlets, eggplant parmigiana, soups, cold salads. Other dinner entrees in their freezer. The staff are really great. Réservez une table maintenant

I was impressed by the reasonable prices of the sandwiches, especially considering their quality and size. I had been wanting to try this restaurant for a while, but usually end up ordering from Door Dash after they have closed. I was glad that I finally ordered early this time.

Not exactly the sandwich I ordered. Roll was supposed to be garlic toast. Not sure why it wasn't. But the place was clean and people friendly.

We order lunch at work 2-3 times a week. Everyone is happy. EVERY SINGLE TIME. Thank you Lepore’s!
