Without a doubt, one of the best bar/restaurants in Paradiski where we enjoyed a memorable New Year's Eve dinner with family and friends. A "must" for people who enjoy a cosy atmosphere, great food and an excellent wine list. We were also delighted that Sam was flexible with menus for the younger children. Also great for a lunch stop if you are skiing in to Montchavin. A hidden gem - it's reputation will grow!
The menu is such a welcome change from the cheese and pizza options available across the region. Beautifully presented, delicious, proper French cooking with amazing service. They made a great fuss of the 14 year old with us celebrating his birthday and we were sorry to go home. Don't be put off by the fact that it's also the ski hire shop - it's incongruous yes - but well worth it.
This small restaurant is well worth a visit in Montchavin. A short walk but definitely a must during your stay in Montchavin. The food and service is fantastic. The decor is really wonderful. A great place to have a gastronomic dinner. Get booking. We ate there several times during our stay and were never disappointed.
What a gem of a restaurant in the village of Montchavin. The food is excellent and beautifully presented. The service is attentive and pleasant. The wine list is interesting and varied. we heard about this place and decided to drive from Peisey rouighly 10 miles or so. beautiful decoration and fireplace. very nice owners and service. delicious food. ask Sam for his local favourite wine good value
J'ADORE cet endroit! Nous sommes passés par hasard après avoir dîné sur le canal et avons vu une petite file d'attente, ce qui est toujours bon signe! Il est situé dans un charmant quartier médiéval.

This is without doubt the best food in the area. Everything cooked fresh from a menu with something for everyone. A little bit off the beaten track but worth seeking out.
