Les Anges Gourmands

When you eat in France you expect freshly made dishes. If opening a can is cooking then this restaurant is top notch. The salad was soaked in an oily vinaigrette, the duck confit and vegetables came out of a can. When we approached the owner about our disappointing meal and asked for a different dessert, he argued with us and eventually relented. I work in the restaurant business and this is not a proper attitude towards customers. We paid our bill and tipped, but we will never be back.

We ate here on a Saturday lunchtime, enjoying the vibe of a market day in Figeac. The menu encompasses local specialties as well as more general French dishes. There was a pleasant, relaxed feel and the food was very tasty.

Nice location in the heart of old tawn. Good local food, friendly atmosphere. Good traditional jazz music. Good price for dinner.

Amazing wintery food not sure why the low ratings. We had the beef Shepard's pie and aligot which both hit the spot

Nice three course lunch. Had Duck Confit Parmentier and it was excellent.Plenty of tables for outside dining.
