my friend and I spontaneously visited the les atelier in vevey. the local is behind the railway station in an industry hall. it is airy, simple and modern but still cozy.Trotz my rather moderate school-French has worked the understanding well. all were very friendly and tried to give us a nice evening. the foods were all very good, without big bucks and fresh, simply very good and the price performance ratio fits. we once had meat and fish, which was a day recommendation and had almost swept my friend from the chair, so good was it. also the cream brulee was an absolute dense. we had a short and very nice conversation with the hostess, this was very happy to speak again a little German. we j...
Ich habe gemischte Kritiken über dieses Restaurant gehört, aber leider war unser Besuch mit 2 von 3 Hauptgerichten sehr enttäuschend. Garnelengerichte waren eine einfache Kokosmilchsauce und Gemüse, ich habe zuhause besser gekocht und das Kalbfleisch meiner Frau war sehr fettig. Das Steak meiner Söhne war sehr gut. Insgesamt war das Essen überteuert, der Schwerpunkt scheint auf dem Überraschungsmenü zu liegen, wobei das Büstenhaltermenü eine schlechte Beziehung hat. Les Ateliers hat uns begeistert, von A Z. Hervorragende Speisen aus hochwertigen Produkten, innovative Zusammenstellungen, wunderbar präsentiert, freundlicher und unaufdringlicher Service, ästhetisch gestalteter, schlichter Rahmen (ohne die obligate nichtssagende Hintergrundmusik, – eine Wohltat) inszeniert in der umgenutzten Fabrikhalle. Da kann man nur gratulieren und hoffen, dass der Stern von Michelin nicht allzu lange auf sich warten lässt!

Der Service ist nicht eingespielt. Das Konzept zwischen Brasserie und Gourmet Restaurant unklar. Preise hoch für den angebotenen Service und Atmosphäre kühl und unpersönlich. Leicht miefiger Geruch. Wir würden bei all den guten Optionen nicht mehr wiederkommen, auch wenn das Essen eigentlich gut ist.
we were allowed to enjoy an impressive evening. from the atmospheric apero in the former factory hall to the sweet conclusion we enjoyed a very good night dinner. also the wee recommendation (white from st. saphorin, red from the underwallis) has been very good for eating.
Si vous cherchez un endroit hors du temps et une cuisine au-delà du réel, se déroulez à l'une des tables et vous commencerez chaque instant, chaque préparation, chaque geste du personnel et chaque mot des propriétaires. C'était la cerise sur le gâteau d'une belle journée.
