Nous avons eu la chance de séjourner dans ce magnifique restaurant de l'hôtel. L'accueil était chaleureux et convivial avec un jeune couple très agréable et professionnel à la tête de l'établissement. Les chambres sont très confortables! Amélie Jouve a été très gentille et attentive à tous nos besoins, et le chef Dimitri Andre nous a époustouflés avec sa cuisine fantastique. Les assiettes sont très généreuses, et la présentation classique avec une touche moderne. Nous reviendrons certainement car nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et la nourriture était divine! Merci Amélie et Dimitri! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Haute-Loire!
We had the good fortune to stay at this beautiful hotel restaurant. The welcome was warm and friendly with a very personable and professional young couple in charge of the establishment. The rooms are very comfortable! Amelie Jouve was very kind and attentive to our every need, and the chef Dimitri Andre blew us away with the fantastic food. The plates are very generous, and the presentation classic with a modern twist. We will definitely return, as we had such a pleasant stay and the food was divine! Thank you Amelie and Dimitri! We had a wonderful stay in Haute-Loire!
My boyfriend has invited me to a degustation dinner for our 1 year together. 10 plates with wine adopted to each plate. OMG this restaurant should have Michelin stars. Service was amazing and food fantastic. Presents offered by the restaurant when we have left. Really top notch restaurant in the region.
