A wonderful moment where we enjoyed two nights as well as a gourmet meal with local flavors. A family team, inked, which masters the art of service and good manners. You immediately feel at home, it's like home ... but better! Concretely, we took advantage of a very comfortable room, decorated wonderfully: the image of Epinal of the region. With a view of an incredible panorama. During dinner, Mireille warmly welcomes us for an aperitif during the last rays of sunshine, an opportunity to browse the menu. We are then invited to return for dinner. The dishes are then excellent, with local flavors (with a nice wine list). The service is warm and brings the history of the place to life through stories and anecdotes. Throughout these two days, we benefit from small attentions and precious advice to embellish our stay. I have stayed both in the hotel rooms in the winter and in the chalets they own in the summer. Wanting to sum up in one word, wonderful . Excellent services, extreme cordiality and a position with an enchanting view over the valley. Restaurant service a little expensive for my pockets but of more than excellent quality and with an objectively correct price. Innovative dishes that embrace tradition, creating perfectly balanced combinations (experienced this sensation only in starred restaurants).

Too familiar at the reception, overrated decor, poorly insulated restaurant, draft at the entrance to the bar, dishes far too expensive for what they are. For desserts, nothing extraordinary. The feeling that you're throwing your money out the window..... too bad because I didn't have that idea originally : I won't go back. Service: 1
