We were a group of 3 for lunch in the sun in Courchevel 1850. This area is not cheap but Chenus is one of the more reasonable in 1850. It used to be self service but is now full waiter service and very popular. The terrace was packed on this sunny afternoon but lucky we had booked a table for 2pm. Best to always reserve as many people were waiting for a table. All 3 meals were perfect and cooked on the inside log fire. The desserts were also fabulous. One of our guys is a chef and he was most impressed. Expect about 40 -50 per head 2 courses with some nice wine. For Courchevel this is quite reasonable. The terrace here is really superb so well recommended for a long relaxed lunch.

Overall, a lovely experience with fantastic food and service. Would've been a 5 star review if we hadn't waited so long at the entrance without acknowledgement before being seated, but the food and staff certainly made up for the wait! The restaurant is located just at the top of the Chenus chairlift and benefits from incredible views, especially on a sunny day! An impromptu air show and a magician operating on the terrace were added bonuses to our visit. Thank you for a lovely leisurely lunch!
Nous avons découvert ce restaurant le premier jour de notre séjour au ski et l'avons utilisé comme notre pied-à-terre tout au long des vacances. Situé au sommet du télésiège, tout le monde peut s'y rendre en marchant ou en skiant. Il offre des boissons et des repas pour tous les goûts, à des prix très raisonnables, avec une vue incroyable. L'intérieur et l'extérieur sont aménagés avec goût. Lucas, notre serveur, est génial et toujours attentif.

At the top of the Chenus lift this is a great place to stop for a relaxing lunch with views across Courchevel. Very good service with plenty to choose from on the menu. Food was excellent and plenty of it, just what is needed whilst out skiing on the mountain. From the restaurant you have good access after or before lunch to La Tania, Meribel and of course Courchevel. Great lunch.
Stopped here a few times for a drink when we got off the chenus gondola. It is lovely with beUtiful views from the terrace area. We only had drinks, lovely hot chocolates with whipped cream, delicious.The restaurant looked stunning and or was very clean and the staff were good.
Au sommet de la télécabine Chenus, cet endroit disposait d'une grande terrasse ensoleillée incroyable et servait une bonne cuisine simple. Pour Courchevel, c'était relativement bon rapport qualité-prix aussi.
Nous avons fait une pause café aux Chenus. Le personnel était agréable et pas prétentieux comme quelques-uns des autres restaurants de ski de montagne. Les vues sont formidables et le café bon !

The location is the best selling point - unrivalled views. We had French onion soup (delicious!), tartiflette (nice but had better - mostly potato) and a salad (ok). Friendly staff. Would return
Super restaurant serving very good food. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We ate inside because windy but there is a large sun Terrace with spectacular views.
