a dinner during my winter holiday in Haute-Nendaz in the hotel restaurant with friends. aperitif taken at the hotel bar, good atmosphere and good music. nice table and very efficient service. on my way in, I'm enjoying myself with a tone vitello and tuna sauce, very fresh and tasty. It'll be the steak tartare, poached egg and fries, nothing to say is very good. dessert I let myself try with the lemon pie with its mango sorbet, excellent. in the end a very good dinner with friends, good white and red Swiss wines. impeccable service. address to be recommended, cédric.
