We booked this restaurant at the last minute as we had real trouble finding any restaurant open on a Sunday. The restaurant was fully booked except for the 7pm sitting and the 9.30pm sitting, and was clearly very popular.The service was friendly and the food was great! Three of us shared the side of beef, and there was more than enough to go round. It was the best meat I have ever tasted and was served with four sauces. One of us had the burger which was also very good and the two children enjoyed the kids' menu a lot. Those who ordered wine were very happy with it.We used the 20% discount and it was applied at the end of the meal without us having to ask. There are quite reasonable lunch me...

While this restaurant is not on the cheap side, it's not outrageouly expensive either. You can expect to eat a full course with a glass of wine under 50 euros, and under 30 euros if you take the daily special. As usual in France lunch menu is cheaper than diner.They serve a festive french cuisine, meaning recipe you don't cook very often at home like veal kidney, rack of lamb (carré d'agneau), various fishes or poultries depending of the season. Of course, they also serve rib steak and more standard dishes. We went there last sunday 17th July and had a lovely lunch. My Mother in law had fish of the day Plaice it was delicious. I had a salad with pan fried shrimps and daurade . And my husband had the butchers piece with home made chips . the desserts were wonderful and the staff excellant. It was my second time there and next time I'm in Paris I will return.

The restaurant has a really nice terrace and tables are comfortable inside, the menu has many options to choose from and the food is good. The only downside for me was that the service was really slow, it took me over 1h to have starter and main course and the dessert menu was never brought to me.The meat (Onglet) was excellent. Bel endroit local. Cuisine française pour tous les jours. Excellent gestionnaire. Nous sommes tombés sur ce restaurant car notre premier choix était fermé. Le formidable manager anglophone nous a aidé avec certains des éléments de menu les plus éclectiques. Raisonnable et savoureux. C'était l'un des moments forts du voyage.

Nice local place. French cooking for Everyday. Great Manager. We stumbled upon this restaurant as our first choice was closed. The awesome English speaking manager helped us out with some of the more eclectic menu items. Reasonable and tasty. Was one of the highlights of the trip

Honnêtement il n'y a presque rien à dire sur la qualité de la nourriture. Tous les plats que j'ai essayés ont toujours été très bons. La terrasse est ok même si à la limite j'aurais pu la mettre si le service n'était pas si grossier... Peut-être la prochaine fois...

Honestly there is almost nothing to say for the quality of the food. All dishes I tried have always been very good. The terrace is ok even if on the border of N20.I could have put 5 if the service was not so rude... Perhaps next time... Réservez une table maintenant

Be prepared and most definitely have an open palateTwo out of three of us were picky eaters but we wanted to try authentic French cuisine.
