already well noted on tripadvisor, we chose this restaurant for our first visit to orchers and what good time spent that really confirms the good previous notes! in a mountain setting all in wood, a homemade, copied and tasteful kitchen that we must salute .. everything is done as orders with the great talent of the chef who really seems to love what he does and that brings a lot of importance to fresh and taste products. We chose 3 different dishes and each was perfect.. a cod back cooked to perfection with its fresh vegetables, a gratin of ravioli with succulent bits, a gratin of donkey ears (free of pancakes with spinach) excellent. And we could have stopped there but we continued with desserts like dishes. a thousand-sheets with strawberries of exceptional woods and artisan ice with perfumes that we rarely find in a restaurant (e.g., genepi, flowers of water, etc.).All with an excellent value-price ratio!I still found an axis of improvement and which concerns one of the foods not prepared by the chef : bread.
