dirty. few decisions. inaccessible service. they closed last night one and a half hours early. came back the next afternoon. the entrance door has sticky goo on it. no bathroom to wash their hands. no forks available to eat the cupcake or knife to share it. all cupcakes on a dirty, caramel coloured plate until I asked for a few more, although there were five of us. in the early afternoon there were only about 7 cupcakes in four flavors, so that images are fooling on the website. the service was given very hesitant and the server did not mention that it would bring out more as soon as we made our purchase. rather disappointing for the children. why? So it was my birthday March 21st. I was told by my husband the order will arrive between 9am-1pm. It was an hour and half late which is fine that?s not the issue. The issue here is as you can see the box was delivered to my front step last week looking the way it does in the image attached. I am beyond dissatisfied. I actually ended up throwing the box out. the dame behind the counter was incredibly rude. we were asked to order from a star and no words. we ordered two cupcakes and a cappuccino for which we were charged about $24. she went very slowly to the coffee. while we wait, we thought it seemed a bit expensive, so when we added the boards about $13 tax for what we had ordered. we brought this with her and she (again very slowly without talking or apology) said she could repay us with $9 cash, even though we had paid from card. we said that was good and with our order. she never even greeted us, apologised for her mistake or was polite in some way. I showed the employee a picture of a cake from their own website, which I would like to order, but only in another color. it didn't look like the picture! the cake looked terrible, especially for the price I paid. I felt. very disappointed and annoyed as this was a cake for a braut shower. the service was also very bad. the hired was ignorant of many things and seemed as if she didn't want to serve us. les glaceurs has simply the best cupcakes hands down. they are made fresh every day and when they buy them when they are extremely fresh, it is delicious! we often buy them instead of a cake. the red and the salted caramel and the...lemone are the best! very expensive, but it is worth it! they also have gluten-free options!
