We had dinner and breakfast during a night spent in the park in the bear lodges (perfect experience that we will do again). The room is pleasant with a magnificent view of the deer plain. Dinner with starter and dessert in buffet style and main course with 4 choices including a vegetarian dish. The starters are simple but varied and composed of fresh and, for some, local products. The main course is also very good, quality meat, fresh vegetables, sauce a little ordinary but good. The desserts were good too, I enjoyed the farmhouse cheeses and the fruit. The pastries seemed industrial but of good quality. Drinks are not included in the menu but the choice is correct with also beers and wines...
I tried the evening meal and breakfast. The meal was very good, possibility of vegetarian meal. The room staff is attentive. Same experience for breakfast. Point to improve: we should be explained on arrival how the buffet works and the payment of supplements. Otherwise everything was perfect I recommend. La sauce au miel ne vaut pas la peine. Salade sans assaisonnement et pas lavé. Il y a des frites sur le menu des enfants mais pas normal , n'hésitez pas à leur demander mais surtout n'allez pas à ce restaurant. Nous sommes venus deux fois à ce restaurant pour le dîner et le petit déjeuner. Sans surprise, nous avons aimé tout ce qui nous a été offert ! Une mention spéciale au petit-déjeuner buffet qui était vraiment complet et où chacun pouvait trouver quelque chose pour soi-même.
