Absolutely beautiful hotel in a picturesque village. Stunning views from every room. The hosts, Frederique & Jacques are fantastic and really can't do enough to help. There is tourist information in the reception, but Frederique & Jacques will also give you their local knowledge. Breakfast was lovely (continental) amazing bread - freshly cooked daily and other local produce. I would describe this at a boutique hotel, swimming pool and garden are lovely to relax in. We could not imagine a better place to stay. We will definitely visit again. Great base to explore this gorgeous area.
Un hôtel hors du temps. L endroit est splendide. La rivière coule au pieds de l hôtel et tout autour le village et son atmosphère du moyen âge. La déco est parfaite et les chambres calmes propres et super douillettes. Les propriétaires sont un couple charmant. A une question sur une pierre creusée sans le salon le propriétaire à répondu par l histoire de sa maison. Des gens qui aiment leur métier et leur hôtel à ce point sont une rareté précieuse. Merci à eux deux de nous avoir accueillis chez eux. Dans cet hôtel vous n êtes pas un client mais un invité ! ! Bravo
Hostellerie Les Griffons was a great choice for the first stop of our honeymoon road trip. The hotel is in a beautiful romantic building. The rooms are elegant and comfortable in a classic French countryside style. Our 8 month old daughter was crawling around the room freely, and I didn't even hesitate to let her do this because the room was so tidy (even when I had to pull her from under the bed!:) - everything very clean! The breakfasts were delicious.The owners are very nice and helpful! We are very happy with our stay:)
