We both had the salad, generous portions consisting of lettuce, lardons, and delicious warm goat's cheese, all drizzled with a vinaigrette sauce. The frites we had ordered arrived late just as we finished the salad (the waitress had forgotten them - she wrote nothing down when we made our choices) so they formed a slightly odd intermediate course. I revealed my origins by making a chip buttie with them, great! We drank fruit juices, had coffee afterwards, and the bill was a very reasonable 40 euros. We'd go back - the island is well worth a visit,

A very convenient recently refurbished restaurant just as you get off the boat on the Ile de Batz the set lunch menu is 21 euros which is a bit on the expensive side for 3 courses but if its sea food you want this is the place. The ingredients are local and very fresh. The island is famous for potatoes and they are great. Wine list is a bit pricey too but since each bottle has to be shipped from the mainland its a price worth paying. I stuck to the local cider hear. We will be back.

This was our first time here this year and the food was well prepared. I always think the wine is a bit pricey here but you are on an island and all the wine needs to brought in by boat. A good place to sit in the sun and watch the world go by.

Once you've stepped out of the boat ready to discover the island, have lunch at Les Herbes Folles and you won't be disappointed. All components of the lunch menu were really very good for the price. Fresh, well cooked fish.
